Terms

Sales Channels & Marketplaces: Slumbr products are only to be sold within your retail store. Listing or reselling on 3rd party marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Trouva or Google Shopping is strictly prohibited. Slumbr products may only be sold direct to consumers and not to third party distributors.

Opening a New Account: New accounts will be opened at Slumbr’s sole discretion based upon market conditions & other factors deemed relevant by our team. Please allow 24 hours for a reply.

Payment Type: Pre-payment via pro-forma is expected for all orders unless otherwise agreed by a Slumbr representative.

Shipping: Freight charges apply and will be added to your pro-forma. Please provide any special shipping instructions or requirements at the time the order is placed. Buyer shall be responsible to file damages with the carrier for the unlikely and unfortunate event of damage occurred in transit.

Claims & Returns: All claims for exchanges or returns due to incorrect order shipment must be made within 14 days of receipt of goods with photographic evidence. Failure to make a claim within the stated time constitutes acceptance of the goods as is. No returns are accepted without authorisation from a Slumbr representative. Retailer is responsible for reporting/filing claims on behalf of their customer. Slumbr will not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been used and are therefore not resalable.

Intellectual Property: Retailer agrees to not breach any intellectual property relating to Slumbr products. This includes any trademarks, design registrations or patents for any element of Slumbr products. Reseller agrees to not copy or attempt to imitate any Slumbr designs or products for an indefinite period. Reseller agrees that it will not manufacture, purchase, distribute, advertise, promote, display, offer for sale, or sell any bottle that is an imitation of, any Slumbr product. Retailer agrees that it will not purchase Slumbr products from any source other than from Slumbr.
